Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure availability for all clients.

We offer a variety of services including permanent make-up solutions, massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty treatments.

Yes please. We DO NOT accept any walk-ins. Reservation are made to ensure you get the treatment and time you desire.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Yes, we offer gift cards for any service or amount. They can be purchased at our location or online via Booksy

We accept EFT's and online payments. We do not accept cash payments.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

What is your refund policy on treatment?
Kreations Health and Beauty Salon excepts no refunds or returns of goods, services or vouchers. You are welcome to contact us to re-schedule your appointment, but please note that once the purchase has been made, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What is your refund policy on products?
We will gladly refund or exchange unused products not opened, if you return the product with receipt within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging.
